Try the Systems Sciences Group on Facebook

July 10, 2012 in News

If you like the systems thinking content on SysCOI, you might like the Systems Sciences Facebook group at http://www.facebook.com/groups/2391509563/ , or via the more memorable http://bit.ly/systemssciences .

SysCOI has been an experiment in online collaboration on the Internet.  The most concentrated use of the site was for the master’s programme in Creative Sustainability at Aalto University.  Since posting comments requires registration, and it seems as though Facebook has become the second most popular Internet application after e-mail, joining the Systems Sciences Facebook group means one less place to check, for most people.

Of course, you’re welcome to continue to hang out on SysCOI!

Site upgrade complete

December 17, 2011 in Uncategorized

I’ve completed the site upgrade to WordPress 3.3 and Buddypress 1.5.2.  To keep the three column look on WordPress pages (like About, Hints, etc), I created a 3 column page template.  There is an issue between Tweetstream plugin and BuddyStream.  Please do not turn on Tweetstream at this time.
