PROGRAM Peer-to-peer learning for system entrepreneurs
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU? You have been leading a systems change initiative for at least two years. It’s challenging and inspiring and you are ready to invest in doing it better.
You know there are other people out there who are working in a similar way to you, but you’ve just been too busy to find out who they are.
You would love to connect like-minded peers, dig into some of your collective challenges and build connections that form a supportive network for whatever comes next.
WHAT IS THE VALUE? This will be a carefully curated space where you can:
SHARE YOUR UNIQUE CHALLENGES With a group who understand what you’re talking about.
You will receive practical advice, ideas and feedback on a specific challenge you are facing and learn from challenges and answers of others.
LEARN NEW TOOLS & TECHNIQUES For systems change, which can clarify and enrich your project; learn new tools, frameworks & techniques to help you succeed.
BUILD DEEP FRIENDSHIPS With like-minded peers and leave with a diverse network of systems change practitioners that will last long after the program has ended. Taking part will feel inspiring, supportive and fun.
WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE? This 6–month, peer-to-peer coaching program will take place online via Zoom It is open to people who have been leading a systems change initiative for at least two years. We are seeking a diverse, international cohort, who are working on different systems and challenges from public services, to poverty, to climate change, members of professions and beyond. We especially welcome those who have been disadvantaged by our current systems and welcome applications from people all over the world. We will work out time zones as to fit our cohort.
Each session will involve a check-in with up to 15 participants, an opportunity to break into smaller sub-groups for peer-to-peer coaching around a specific issue and a chance to dive into a different tool or technique. Using the principles of Open Space, we will also build in time for new topics to emerge and be explored together as they arise. The groups will be facilitated by either Tatiana or Rachel.
WHAT DO I NEED TO INVEST TO BE PART OF THIS? Details The program will be run monthly from February 2018 – July 2018 (dates to fit the cohorts schedule) Each session will be 1.5 hours long Participants will be required to commit to all 6 sessions in order to take part Pricing is based on a per participant rate
